All recurring subscription payments are debited automatically on the 1st of each calendar month. In the event that an automated debit fails or payment cannot be processed, your paid subscription tier will be revoked immediately and your account will automatically revert to the Starter Plan.
Billing periods renew on the 1st of every calendar month. Digital VAT and GST-compliant invoices and payment receipts are issued directly to your account email upon every successful transaction.
If bank debiting or card collection fails, tier throughput adjusts immediately to Starter limits. Retrying payment or updating billing credentials from your profile restores Builder entitlements instantly.
You retain complete control to cancel anytime via your Account Profile. Paid benefits remain active through the final day of your paid cycle. All schemas and form webhook tokens remain safe.
